目的:研制更适合腹部复杂腔镜手术的新型免气腹悬吊装置,并验证其应用可行性。方法:由临床研究者与工程师共同完成方案的设计,采用Solidworks、Caxa软件绘制工程图,并加工和试制。使用模拟量表对术者满意度和助手操作舒适度进行评分,并比较空间暴露所需时间、擦镜头次数及吸引器使用"延误时间",评价应用可行性。结果:研制出一套新型免气腹腹壁悬吊装置,具有较好的技术优势和临床应用可行性,手术者对术野的满意度和助手操作舒适度均不亚于气腹腔镜组,且具有擦镜头次数少、不受漏气干扰的优势。结论:新型免气腹悬吊装置是现有装置的进一步创新,更适合于腹部复杂的腔镜手术,具有较好的应用前景。
Objective: To develop a novel gasless laparoscopic device more suitable for complex abdominal surgery, and to investigate the feasibility of its application. Methods: To be designed by surgeons and engineers together. Solidworks and Caxa software were used in the design. We used analogue scale to rate satisfaction of the surgeon, comfort of assistant's operation, and compared the time for building the space, wiping the lens and changing the instruments to evaluate the application feasibility. Results: A novel gasless laparoscopic abdominal wall-lifting device, with good technical superiority and feasibility of clinical application, has been developed.The surgeon's satisfaction of the operative field, assistant's operation comfort in gasless laparoscopic group were as good as laparoscopic group. Using the device could reduce the number of wiping the lens, avoided the interference of air leakage. Conclusion: The novel gasless laparoscopic abdominal wall-lifting device is further innovation of existing device. It is more suitable for complex abnormal laparoscopic surgery, with a good application prospect.
