基于新铜试剂2,9-二甲基-邻菲罗啉(NCP)对Cu^2+的高选择性,本研究以NCP为母体,设计合成了Cu^2+荧光探针2,9-二苯并噻唑-邻菲罗啉(PDBT)。该探针对Cu^2+具有良好的选择性,Job’s plot研究表明PDBT与Cu^2+的结合比为1∶1,与NCP相比,其荧光量子产率提高了7倍,对Cu^2+具有高的检测灵敏度,检测限低至0.079μmol/L。进而对市售饮用水进行添加实验,得到了良好的回收率。
A new fluorescent probe for copper ion,2,9-bis-benzothiazole-phenanthroline(PDBT),was designed and synthesized based on 2,9-dimethyl-phenanthroline(NCP).Compared with NCP,the fluorescence quantum yield of PDBT increased about 7times.PDBT showed good selectivity to copper ion over other metal ions,and high sensitivity with a low detection limit of 7.9×10-8 mol/L.Copper ion was found to bind PDBT with a stoichiometry of 1∶1.Good recoveries were obtained when the probe used in the determination of copper ion spiked in commercial drinking water.
