基于产品质量角度,应用客户需求及优化理论,研究了产品质量、价格及交付提前期竞争下的企业最优决策问题。首先构建了产品质量、价格及交付提前期相互竞争下的质量敏感型和非敏感型客户需求及企业净利润模型。并进一步确定了企业质量服务水平可协调的范围,在协调范围内分别求解了产品质量、价格、提前期的稳定均衡最优解及相应的企业最大净利润公式。最后,通过数值算例求解了稳定均衡最优解及最大净利润的大小,证实了相关结论的正确性。研究结论可以为企业进行科学最优决策提供较强的理论指导。
Using customer demand theory and optimal theory,the problem of optimal enterprise decision among product quality,price and delivery lead time competing under the perspective of product quality are studied.First,construct models of quality-sensitive and non-sensitive customer demand and models of enterprise net profit based on product quality,price and delivery lead time competing.Further,the scope of enterprise quality service level is determined.Under this scope,solve the stable equilibrium optimal solution model of quality service level,price and lead time and solve the maximum net enterprise profit.Finally,numerical examples are solved by a stable enterprise equilibrium optimal solution and the maximum net profit under the scope,confirming the validity of the model related to this article.The conclusion can provide strong theoretical guidance to make the scientific enterprise optimal competition decision.
