英文摘要：
In this paper a securely fair non-repudiation protocol is proposed, at the same time it greatly improves the security and efficiency in B. Meng＇s protocol. It is more important that the trusted third parties is off-line in the proposed protocol, so it can obviously reduce the involvement of trusted third parties and solve the bottleneck problem.
