Under traditional Culture influence, agribusiness development has been affected by informal system relating to social capital, and social capital regarding as informal system has a bearing on formal system. Basis on the case studying of Guangdong Dongjin Agri-livestock Husbandry Group, the action mechanization and the acting mode about informal system and social capital to agribusiness development has been investigated in this paper.
