基于高层梯队理论研究绩效下滑制造企业的新任CEo调整TMT之后,TMT构成特征对经营绩效提升的影响,同时研究国有股比例对这种影响的调节作用。在综述相关文献后,构建了研究模型和研究假设,选取在沪深上市的制造企业于2006~2008年间,因经营绩效下滑而更换CEO的148家企业为研究样本,验证本研究提出的研究假设。检验结果表明,TMT教育专业的异质性对绩效下滑的制造企业的绩效提升有显著负向影响,国有股比例显著正向调节TMT教育专业异质性对企业绩效提升的影响。
The relations between firm performance and TMT heterogeneity in declined-perform- ance manufacturing companies are studied. An empirical analysis is made by using the data from 148 Chinese listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges, which had CEO successions during 9,006-2008 after firm performance decline. The results are as follows. TMT educational experi- ence heterogeneity is negative related to corporate performanee; there is positive moderate relationship between the interaction on proportion of state owned stock and TMT educational experience heterogeneity.
