含纳米银聚丙烯网片的制备及其表征和力学性质的检测

目的测试制备的镀银医用聚丙烯网片(PP)的抗拉伸力与其在动物体内的抗菌性。方法2008年6月至2008年12月,重庆医科大学利用INSTRON1011材料力学试验机,对比PP镀银后(镀银组)与镀银前(对照组)力学性能有无改变。采用自身对照,将镀银组(n=24)染菌网片与对照组(n=24)染菌网片各一张植入同一兔子体内,测试镀银网片的抗菌性能,结果镀银前后PP的力学性能差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);从大体观察及病理观察来看,镀银组与对照组比较,细菌计数差异有统计学意义。结论PP经过镀银后,力学性能基本不变。镀银PP在体内有较好的抗菌性能。

英文摘要:

Objective To test the tensile strength nature of argentation medical polypropylene mesh (PP) and detect its antibacterial aclivitv in vivo. Methods Tensile strength nature was tested in both argentation PP group and non-argentalion group (control group) with mechanical testing machine INSTRON 1011 between June 2008 and December 2008 in Chongqing Medical University. PPs of argentation PP group(n = 24) and control group(n = 24) were implanted in abdominal walls of the same rabbits in vivo. Results After chemical argentation implanting tests, tensile strength nature of PP mesh had nn significant difference (P〉0.05). In general point of view, histology or bacterial counts, there were significant differences between silver-plated group and control group. Conclusion The tensile strength nature of PP mesh remains unchanged. Argentation medical PP mesh in vivo of animal tests has a good anti-bacterial nature.
