本文运用费马原理和传输矩阵方法研究线性函数光子晶体,通过计算给出了光正入射和反入射时的透射特性及电场分布.研究发现:线性函数光子晶体的透射特性不同于常规光子晶体,并且能够有效的放大或衰减光的电场强度,这为设计光子放大器件和光子二极管提供了重要的理论依据.
In the paper,we research the new linear function photonic crystals by Fermat's principle and the transfer matrix method. By calculation,we give the transmissivity and the distribution of electric field with the light positive or negative incident. The study found that the transmissivity of the linear function photonic crystals is different from the conventional photonic crystals' s,and can magnify or attenuate the distribution of electric field,which will provide new theory approach and new idea for design and make the new photon amplifier and diode.
