建立液压调速阀动力学模型和内部流道三维模型,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)分析调速阀流场,取得了液压调速阀稳态时内部压力场、速度场的分布规律以及阀体壁面粗糙度对其的影响规律。分析结果表明:出口可变节流孔处压力损失较大,且油液以喷射流形式流出,阀口需采用抗冲刷及高强度材料;阀体壁面粗糙度对压力损失有影响。计算结果与实验结果一致。
Dynamic model and a three-dimensional model of internal flow are built in this paper,and then do field analysis using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).The internal pressure field,velocity field and valve body wall roughness effect can be gained.The analysis results show that oil pressure loss in the outlet’s variable orifice is high,and the oil flows out of the valve almost in form of jetting,so this part requires erosion resistance and high strength material;the valve body wall roughness increases,the pressure loss of oil also increases,so the valve should consider using high processing.The theoretical and experimental results are useful and can be used as the reference when hydraulic speed regulating valve used on other aerospace projects.
