本文研究了一种基于SVD-MIMO系统的高频谱利用率的编码调制分集方法,该方法将MIMO系统、旋转调制和Turbo码结合起来,有效利用空间分集、调制分集和时间分集特性。与传统的比特交织编码调制（BICM）技术相比,该方法以很小的复杂度代价换取了较大的性能增益,具有更强的对抗衰落的能力,保证了系统高频谱利用率,有效地增强了无线系统的传输可靠性。

In this contribution,we study on joint coding and modulation diversity based on SVD -precoding MIMO system.This method joined the Turbo coding and rotated modulation together,combining with effective use of time diversity,space diversity and modulation diversity.The method achieved a performance much better than that of the BICM system with a little complexity addition.Also,it provided high spectral efficiency,and the performance was more close to the channel capacity under the fading channel.
