吸湿行为对复合材料的实际应用有很大的影响。本文研究了温度与外加应力因素对碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料在NaCl水溶液中吸湿行为的影响规律。结果表明,升高温度可以提高复合材料在初始阶段的吸湿速率,增大饱和吸湿率。在35~70℃试验温度范围内,复合材料的吸湿特性遵从Fick定律。在35%温度下施加弯曲载荷增大了复合材料在初始阶段的吸湿速率和饱和吸湿率,并且施加的弯曲载荷越大,复合材料在初始阶段的吸湿速率和达到平衡时的饱和吸湿率越大。同时,吸湿对复合材料的承载能力有明显的影响作用。
Moisture absorption behavior has great effect on the application of composite materials. The effect of temperature and external stress on the moisture absorption behavior of graphite epoxy composite material in NaCl, solution is studied in this paper. The results show that an increase of temperature accelerates the moisture absorption rate at earlier stage and make the quasi-equilibrium uptake higher. At 35-70℃ the moisture absorption behavior can be described by using Fick law. At 35℃ the flexural load can increase the moisture absorption rate and quasi-equilibrium uptake. The larger the load is, the higher the moisture absorption rate and quasi-equilibrium uptake are. The moisture absorption affects the load-bearing ability of composites obviously.
