硅胶引流管应用于先心病术后腹膜透析效果比较

目的 对比采用Tenekhoff双涤纶套直管和硅胶负压引流球管腹膜透析治疗儿童先心病术后急性肾功能不全(acute renal insufficiency,ARI)的效果、并发症,比较其优劣。方法 回顾性总结分析我院2009年2月至2013年12月儿童先心病术后急性肾功能不全行腹膜透析治疗的40例患儿,按其所使用透析管道分为观察组和对照组,各20例,采用Tenekhoff双涤纶套直管腹膜透析为对照组和硅胶负压引流球管腹膜透析为观察组,观察使用两种管道透析前后的血肌酐、尿素氮、血氧分压、血钾和乳酸浓度的变化,判断透析的效果,观察使用两种管道的早期并发症,比较两种透析管行腹膜透析治疗效果的优劣。结果 从透析效果、并发症的发生进行比较均无明显差异。结论 采用硅胶负压引流球管腹膜透析治疗儿童先心病术后急性肾功能不全是一种简单、高性价比和同样有效的方法。

英文摘要:

Objective To concompare theTenekhoff double cuffed straight and silica gel tube with negative pres- sure drainage for peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of children with congenital heart disease complicated with a- cute renal insufficiency after operation. Methods Retrospective analysis in our hospital from 2009 February - 2013 December of 40 cases of congenital heart diseases in children with acute renal insufficiency after operation for peritoneal dialysis. According to its use of dialysis emthods, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, each of 20 cases. The Tenekhoff double cuffed straight peritoneal dialysis was the control group and the silica gel pressure drainage tube of peritoneal dialysis was the observation group. The serum creati- nine, urea nitrogen, before and after dialysis, oxygen partial pressure, serum potassium and lactate concentration were measured to judge the effect of dialysis and early complications. Results There were no differences in effica- cy of dialysis, the occurrence of complications between the two dialysis methods. Conclusion the use of silicone negative pressure drainage tube of peritoneal dialysis in the treatment of children with congenital heart function of postoperative acute renal insufficiency is a simple, cost- effective and equally effective method.
