According to the present, this paper pointed out the necessity and urgency of construction of the second xingjiang land survey remote sensing database system, and introduced a method of Xinjiang second land survey remote sensing database system by the tools of GIS, WEB and data compression; and also designed the content, structure, requirements and interface of Xinjiang Bemote sensing image database and management system, and solved the problems of massive data compression and storage performance.
