文章首先对平台型B2B电子商务模式及企业向平台型B2B电子商务模式的转型进行了概念界定和文献综述;然后以分层研究的思想,将企业向平台型B2B电子商务模式转型的策略体系划分为目的层、理论层、过程层、手段层及外部支撑层5个层次,并基于以往相关文献对各个层次进行了分析,从而构建了相应的策略体系框架;再则,以上海爱姆意公司为案例,验证分析了所建框架;最后,归纳出我国企业向平台型B2B电子商务模式转型的关键步骤。
This paper defines the concepts such as platform-based B2B e-commerce model and transformation of enterprises into platform-based B2B e-commerce models,and makes a literature review.Then,a framework of such transformation strategy system is established based on the hierarchical study idea.The framework includes 5 levels: target level,theoretical level,process level,method level and external support level.Each level is analyzed in this paper.Furthermore,a case study of Shanghai Me Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Chain Co.Ltd.testifies the framework.Finally,the key steps of transforming Chinese enterprises into platform-based B2B e-commerce models are concluded,which would provide theoretical guidance for business practices in China.
