As an important resource, knowledge -based resource determines the success or failure of the enterprise in a certain extent. Based on the theory of resource base view and knowledge, this paper studys the relationship between knowledge - based resource and competitive advantage, and analyzes the moderating effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation, and their joint contingency effect by using the 234 valid questionnaires, The empirical result shows that the knowledge - based resource has a significant positive effect on competitive advantage, and the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on competitive advantage are significant, This result shows that the moderating effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on the relationship between knowledge -based resource and competitive advantage are also very obvious, in addition, the joint moderating effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation is established.
