满液式蒸发是广泛应用在大中型制冷热泵系统的蒸发换热模式之一。通过可视化手段探索汽泡核化及生长规律进而揭示满液蒸发机理,是一条重要的研究手段。为了直接观测到水平管满液蒸发汽化规律,本文设计了可视化试验台。通过对满液式汽化现象的观测和分析发现,汽泡在加热壁面上的汽化核心分为稳定型和不稳定型;汽泡从在壁面上出现到脱离壁面的汽泡生长时间大约在4—5ms之间;汽泡脱离直径大约在1.4-1.8mm之间;同时发现,提高蒸发温度和热流密度均能促进汽化过程。
Flooded evaporation is widely used in large and medium refrigeration and heat pump system. Using visualization technology to research the bubble coring and growth principle, then indicate the flooding evaporating mechanism is an important investigation method. In order to observe the gasification phenomenon of flooded evaporation on horizontal tube directly, this paper designed a visualization device. The visualization and analysis results indicated that there exist stable and unstable gasification core on the heated surface. The growth time from its appearance to separation from wall was about 4 ms to 5 ms. The bubble diameter at its separation from wall was about 1.4 mm to 1.8 mm. The results also presented that improving evaporating temperature and heat flux could promote the gasification process.
