通过扫描隧道显微镜系统研究了原位氧化对二氧化钛(110)-1×2表面的影响,清楚观察到1×2结构随着氧化处理逐步被氧化为1×1结构,且在过量氧化条件下,在1×1结构上又重新形成1×2结构。结果表明,在优化条件下通过对二氧化钛(110)-(1×2)表面氧化处理,可以制备出大面积、无氧空位的高质量二氧化钛(110)-(1×1)表面。
The influence of in situ oxidation treatment on TiO2( 110)-( 1 ×2) structure was investigated by scanning tunneling microscopy( STM). It was observed that the 1 × 2 structure could be gradually oxidized to 1 × 1 structure with the increase of the oxidation time but new 1 × 2 structure emerges on the top of the 1 × 1 structures under excessive oxidation condition. The large area and high- quality TiO2( 110)-( 1 ×1) structure without oxygen vacancy could be fabricated by oxidizing TiO2( 110)-( 1 ×2) structure at optimized oxidation parameters.
