Arthropod-borne viruses （arboviruses） are important causes of human disease all over the world. What is the relationship between arboviruses and their vectors？ Numerous studies have put attention on this interesting question. Not until the identification of microRNAs in metazoan eukaryotes and viruses, studies of the interaction between arboviruses and their hosts come to a new era. This paper reviews the advance studies of arbovirus and their vectors in miRNA field.
