混凝土中集料的含水状态对混凝土生产质量控制和硬化混凝土的性能有重要影响,实际生产中迫切需要一种能够快速测定集料含水率的方法。研究了不同类型的集料使用酒精灼烧法测定其含水率,分析了测试所需要的时间、酒精消耗量、集料表面温度的变化,并将酒精灼烧法和烘干法测试含水率的结果进行了对比。结果显示酒精灼烧法测定集料含水率与烘干法接近,可以用于快速测定骨料含水。通过上述试验研究,为实际生产和工程中快速测定集料含水率提供有力参考。
Water content of aggregates in concrete have important influence on concrete production quality control and the properties of hardened concrete. It studied the different testing time, alcohol consumption and the changing of aggregate surface temperature when the moisture content was measured by ethanol - burning method, comparing the result of moisture content measured by drying and ethanol - burning method.Results show that water content measured by drying is close to using ethanol -burning method.Ethanol -burning meth- od can quickly test the moisture content of aggregates. Through the above research, for fast testing the moisture content of aggregate in engineering provides a strong reference.
