以溶胶-凝胶自蔓延燃烧法合成了粒径在100 nm以下的钡锶铁氧体纳米粉体,研究了p H值及柠檬酸与金属离子摩尔比(CA/M)变化对产物微观形貌及相结构的影响。用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪进行表征。结果表明,p H变化对样品的微观结构没有影响,但是粒径随p H的增大而减小;CA/M变化对热处理后样品的相结构有显著影响。当CA/M=0.77时,产物纯度差;当CA/M≥1时经热处理得到纯Ba0.5Sr0.5Fe12O19铁氧体纳米粉体。经热处理后的粉末样品出现团聚现象。
Ba0.5Sr0.5Fe12O19 powders with nanocrystalline size under 100 nm were synthesized by sol-gel auto-combustion method.The effects of p H and [citric acid]/[metallic ions](CA/M) on the morphology and microstructure of the products were studied.The samples were characterized by SEM and XRD.The XRD results show that particle size increases with p H increasing when microstructure is not affected by p H change.Different CA/M has an obvious effects on the microstructure of annealed samples.Nanopowders with low purity can be gotten at CA/M =0.77,and pure Ba0.5Sr0.5Fe12O19 nanopowders can be obtained at CA/M≥1 after thermal treatment.The annealed samples have obvious agglomeration.
