目的:探讨不同浓度野生铁皮石斛超微颗粒对免疫缺陷小鼠免疫器官病理变化的实验研究。方法:通过腹腔注射环孢菌素A建立免疫缺陷小鼠模型,实验分正常对照组、模型对照组、野生铁皮石斛高剂量组、野生铁皮石斛中剂量组、野生铁皮石斛低剂量组。高、中、低剂量组分别灌胃相应剂量的野生铁皮石斛超微颗粒药液,每日1次,正常组和模型对照组同时灌胃等量蒸馏水,持续1周。停药24 h后,称量小鼠体重,摘取眼球取血,脱颈椎处死,解剖取出胸腺和脾脏,检测相应指标。结果:野生铁皮石斛能够减轻脾脏、胸腺组织损伤,促进免疫细胞的增殖、分化。结论:野生铁皮石斛调节机体免疫的作用与减轻脾脏、胸腺组织损伤,促进免疫细胞的增殖、分化有关。

Methods: By intraperitoneal injection of cyclosporine a immunodeficiency mice model was established, the experimental points and normal control group, model control group, high dose group, middle dose group, low dose group. High, medium and low dose groups, respectively corresponding dose lavage tin in the control group lavage amount of physiological saline at the same time, the last week. Conclusion : The Wild Dendrobium Candidum can regulate immune is related to extenuate the damage of spleen and thymus, and promote the proliferation and differentiation of immune cells.
