目的针对管道外防腐层大修施工中人工操作的不足,研制一种防腐卷材自动缠绕机。方法介绍该机的结构组成及性能特点,分析行走机构的运动学特性。综合考虑施工现场环境和试验结果,对该方案进行优化。结果该缠绕机各项指标均满足设计要求,结构合理,操作简便。结论该机提高了管道外防腐层大修的效率和质量,降低了劳动强度,对提高管道修复装备自动化程度具有重要意义。
Targeting at the defects of manual operation during the overhaul of the external anti-corrosion coating on pipeline, an automation machine for winding the anti-corrosion coil was developed. Not only the structure and performance characteristics of the equipment were introduced, but also kinematic characteristics of the traveling mechanism were analyzed. Considering both the construction site environment and the test results, this scheme was optimized for improvement. After the completion of the prototype production, tests were carried out in a laboratory environment. The test indicators met the design requirements. The machine structure was reasonable and easy to operate. The test results demonstrated that the equipment greatly improved the efficiency and quality of the overhaul of the external anti-corrosion coating for the pipeline and reduced the labor intensity, which is of great significance for boosting the automation degree of pipeline repair equipment.
