With big enterprises of autonomous innovation being the background, the paper analyses the status quo of research and development organization system of big enterprises in China, advancing the structural mode of the research and development organization system of the big enterprises of autonomous innovation. Simultaneously, studies are carried on the interface co-ordination between research ＆ development, between research and development and internal functioning departments of enterprises as well as the interface co-ordination between research and development of system enterprise and associated enterprise.
