采用溶剂热法合成对多种波长红外光兼容吸收的含Sm硅酸盐,考察表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对硅酸盐形貌与尺寸的诱导作用及引入SDS对含Sm硅酸盐红外吸收性能的影响。采用电导法测定SDS在乙醇溶液中的临界胶柬浓度;扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析试样的形貌与尺寸,傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT—IR)及紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计表征试样的红外吸收性能。结果表明:随着溶液中SDS浓度的增加,SDS诱导含Sm硅酸盐逐渐向蝌蚪状和花状形貌转变;含Sm硅酸盐在942~953cm。范围内的红外吸收谱带分裂、蓝移并宽化,在900~1500nm范围内的吸收峰均出现红移。
Surfactant-assisted solvothermal process was used to synthesize samarium silicate with special absorption for infrared light with different wavelengths. Effects of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) surfactants on morphology, size and infrared absorptive properties of silicate were investigated. The critical micelle concentrations of SDS in ethanol solution were analyzed by electrical conductivity method. The morphology and the size of silicate were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The infrared absorptive properties of silicate were studied by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and UV-Vis-near spectra. The results showed that with the increasing of SDS concentration, the morphology of silicate transformed from powders to flower-like structure. Meanwhile, the infrared absorptive bands in the range of 942-953 cm-1 gradually split and exhibited blue-shift while the infrared absorptive peaks in the range of 900- 1 500 nm exhibited red-shift.
