林业承担着生态建设和林产品供给的双重任务,林业绿色供应链在协同运作中同时追求资源效率、价值优化和生态保护三个重要目标。本文按照共生组织机制把供应链企业间的共生模式分为市场机制共生、弱关系中间机制共生、强关系中间机制共生、科层机制共生四类;并从资源、价值、生态三个方面设计出共生模式的绩效评价指标体系,然后运用粗集理论和Shannon熵的属性离散化相结合的方法对所设计的指标体系进行约简和权重的确定。通过评价分析可知,除了市场制共生模式外,其余三种共生模式在资源绩效、价值绩效和生态绩效三方面各有优劣。本文结合林业产业的特点和各种模式的优劣提出一种适合林业绿色供应链特点的混合共生模式。
Forestry undertakes the dual task of ecological construction and forest products supply. Collaborative operation forestry green supply chain pursues three key goals: resource efficiency, value promotion, ecological protection. According to the symbiosis organizational mechanism, the symbiosis patterns were divided into four types: symbiotic patterns of market mechanism, symbiosis patterns of weak relationship middle mechanism,symbiosis patterns of strong relationship middle mechanism, symbiosis patterns of bureaucracy mechanism. Then a symbiotic pattern performance evaluation index system was designed by taking into account from the three aspects of value, ecological resources. Finally, the reduction calculation of the designed assessment indicator system was conducted by combining rough set theory and Shannon entropy to form discrete attributes, thus determining the weights of the indexes. Through the analysis, three patterns had their own advantages and disadvantages except symbiotic patterns of the market mechanism. The designed system is a mixed symbiotic organizational patterns that is suitable for forest green supply chain characteristics of hybrid symbiotic mode.
