利用免疫荧光标记的方法观察了喜树幼苗根尖分生区、伸长区和成熟区微管的形态结构。结果显示:喜树幼苗根尖分生区细胞的微管围绕细胞核密集分布,方向随机排列,伸长区细胞的微管聚集在细胞的两极,而成熟区细胞微管呈现规则的斜向平行结构或螺旋网状结构。
Immunofluorescence staining was used to observe tile microtubules in root tip of Camptotheca acuminata seeding, including meristcmatic zone, elongation zone and maturation zone. Results show that the microtubules of the cells in the meristematic zone are randomly arranged and densely surround the nucleus. The microtubules exist in the two poles of the cells in the elongation zone, and the microtubules of the ceils in the maturation zone present an inclined parallel structure or a spiral network structure.
