目的 分析髋关节置换术患者深静脉血栓病人住院治疗中存在的危险因素,提出有效的干预措施.方法 选取2013年至2014年期间在我院进行人工髋关节置换手术病人50例,将D-二聚体测试含量为（1.50±0.06）μg/ml的患者30例为对照组,将D-二聚体测试含量高达（29.36±20.41） μg/ml的患者20例为研究组,对照组给予一般常规的护理,主要以治疗性护理为主,研究组在治疗性护理的基础上加强心理护理、护理安全等针对性的护理干预.结果 研究组的患者进行综合护理干预,7d后测试D-二聚体的含量为（2.22±0.33）μg/ml,对照组的患者进行一般常规的护理,7d后测试D-二聚体的含量为（0.91±0.05）μg/ml,可见研究组的患者进行综合护理干预后D-二聚体的含量已恢复正常参考范围,未发生更严重的肺栓塞,且患者能够按时出院.结论 对病人进行有针对性的护理干预,同时科学观察D-二聚体含量高低能为深静脉血栓患者的准确定位,有的放矢地对D-二聚体高含量患者进行综合护理干预,对髋关节置换术深静脉血栓疗效显著.

英文摘要：

Objective To provide effective interventions analyzing the risk factors in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty with deep vein thrombosis in hospitalization.Methods 50 patients undergoing hip arthroplasty from 2013 to 2014 at our hospital were chosen.Among which,30 cases whose content of DD-dimer was （1.50 ± 0.06） μg / ml were set as a control group and 20 cases whose content of DD-dimer was （29.36 ± 20.41） μg / ml a study group.The control group received routine nursing care,mainly therapeutic care;in addition,the study group received psycological care,safety nursing,and other targeted interventions.Results 7 days after the nursing intervention,the content of DD-dimer was （2.22 ± 0.33）μg / ml in the study group and was （0.91±0.03） μg/ml in the control group;this result indicated that the content of DD-dimer recover to normal reference range,no more severe pulmonary embolism occurred,and the patients was discharged on time in the study group.Conclusions Scientificly observing the content of DD-dimer and targetedly and comprehensively caring the patients with high level of D-dimer is effective for deep bein thrombosis of hip arthroplasty.
