在室温下实现甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)和沉淀法白炭黑(SiO2)的共混,制备出MVQ混炼胶。在150—180℃下实现MVQ混炼胶和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)的熔融共混,制备出LDPE/MVQ并用胶。研究结果表明,随着SiO2含量的增加,LDPE/MVQ并用胶的耐空气热老化性能下降;羟基硅油对材料的热老化性能影响不明显,但甲基乙烯基硅油可显著改善材料的热老化性能;随着LDPE与MVQ混炼胶的质量比的增加,材料的耐热老化性能下降。
Precipitated silica (SiO2) was incorporated in MVQ by a two roll mill mixer at room temperature to prepare SiO2/ MVQ compound, The compound was then blended with low density polyethylene(LDPE) in the temperature range of 150 ℃ - 180 ℃ to become LDPE/MVQ hybrid rubber. Results of the research showed that the thermal aging resistance of the material decreased with increase in % content of SiO2 in the hybrid rubber and the hydroxyl silicon oil added had only small effect on the thermal aging resistance. But the methyl vinyl silicon oil added may improve thermal aging resistance remarkably. The thermal aging resistance of LDPE/MVQ hybrid rubber decreased with the increase in the mass ratio of LDPE : MVQ.
