可循环泡沫类钻井液随钻防漏堵漏优异,但目前不少应用者对此技术了解不太系统,无法借鉴以往经验解决实际问题并促进技术更快发展。以此技术的发展时间为主线,划分国内可循环泡沫类钻井液的发展历程为萌芽时期、发展时期和完善时期,提出了各个时期的划分依据和标志性事件。重点介绍了各发展时期的体系发展、应用领域扩大和防漏堵漏技术融合等实例,包括体系组成、性能和应用参数。指出了目前理解可循环、微泡和钻井液的体系等含义存在的问题,提出了微泡微观结构研究、防漏堵漏机理研究、压力温度联合作用下微泡稳定性研究、微泡钻井液工程性能和储层保护性能研究等四大研究方向,以推动可循环类泡沫钻井液性能更优、应用领域更广。
The plugging abilities of micro-bubble-based drilling fluids are outstanding. However, many mud engineers don't fully understand. As a result, they can not learn from experiences to solve application problems and enhance this technology. The developing process of drilling fluids can be divided into three parts: gestation period, development period and perfecting period by chronological method. Authors present the division reasons and event flags. The cases are focused on development period of micro-bubble-based drilling fluids, including composition, performance and application parameters of the drilling system. There are three issues such as the meaning of circulation, micro-bubbles and drilling fluid system. It should be researched that microstructure of micro-bubbles, mecha- nisms of lost circulation control, stabilities of micro-bubbles under temperature & pressure condition, and drilling fluids properties and formation damage control abilities. All of these are aim to more and more excellent properties and more and more wide application of micro-bubble based drilling fluids.
