1日龄艾维茵肉鸡健雏420只,随机分为7组,分别喂以对照日粮(Cu 11mg/kg)和高铜日粮6周,以放射免疫法研究日粮高铜对雏鸡血清IL-2含量的影响.高铜Ⅰ组雏鸡血清IL-2含量升高,4、6周龄的IL-2含量与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);日粮铜含量超过300mg/kg,雏鸡血清IL-2含量程度不同地降低,与日粮含铜量呈负相关.结果表明:日粮含铜100 mg/kg对雏鸡血清IL-2合成有明显的促进作用,日粮含铜300mg/kg及其以上对IL-2合成产生程度不同的抑制作用.
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of high copper dietary on the senlm Interleukin-2(IL- 2)contents in the chickens by radioimmunoassay, 420 one-day-oLd Avian chickens were randomly divided into seven groups,and fed on diets as follows:Lcontrols (Cu 11 mg/kg)and 2, high copper groups for six weeks. The serum IL-2 contents were higher in group 1 than in control group when chickens were 4 and 6 weeks old(P〈0.05).IL-2 contents in high copper group 1V ,group V and VI group decreased significantly in comparison with those of control group. The results showed that lOOmg coppcr/kg diet was helpful for the serum IL-2 synthesis in chicken and dietary copper in excess of 300mg/kg diet reduced the serum IL-2 contents.
