实验研究了在不同工艺条件下制备的La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xCuxO3系统,结果显示在1200~1400℃温度范围内,电阻率-温度曲线上会出现双电阻峰现象,对于锰基钙钛矿结构氧化物颗粒系统,其颗粒表面和颗粒内部表现出不同的电、磁输运性质,从电输运的角度来考虑,将颗粒系统的总电阻率看成是颗粒表面电阻率和颗粒内部体电阻率的串联,基于这样的物理图像,对La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xCuxO3系统双电阻峰现象给予了合理的定性解释。
Experimental researches have been done to the La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xCuxO3 system made in the different technique conditions. The result shows that the curve of resistivity-temperature would appear double resistance-peak phenomenon between 1 200 ℃ and 1 400℃. The surface and interior of the granule have different electronic and magnetic transport properties for manganese perovskite oxide granule system. From the electronic transport point of view, a reasonable qualitative explanation is given to the double resistance-peak phenomenon of the La2/3Ca1/3Mn1-xCuxO3 system by considering the total resitivity of the granule system as the series of the surface resistivity and interior resistivity.
