介绍了粉末等离子熔覆再制造系统。选择ST6合金粉末为熔覆材料,对失效发动机排气门进行再制造等离子熔覆试验,并通过OM和EDS对熔覆组织的显微形貌进行观察与分析。结果表明,熔覆层组织由Co中固溶N、iCr形成的奥氏体基体和基体上弥散分布的碳化物硬质相及其共晶组织组成,熔覆层平均硬度达552.8 HV0.1,性能检测表明采用粉末等离子熔覆技术熔覆ST6合金粉末完全能够达到排气门再制造的要求。
Powder plasma arc overlaying remanufacturing system was introduced.Plasma arc overlaying remanufacturing test for the engine exhaust valve was conducted by using ST6 alloy powder as overlaying material,microstructure of the cladding layer was analyzed by metallographical microscope and EDS.The results show that the structure of the cladding layer is consist of austenitic substrate formed by Co,Ni,Cr solid solution and the carbide hard phase,eutectic structure.The even hardness of the cladding layer reaches 552.8 HV0.1,all the properties test indicates that plasma arc overlaying technology by ST6 alloy powder can meet the demand for the exhaust valve remanufacturing.
