对湖北、湖南、浙江、江苏等省部分高等院校的280名体育教师的组织承诺、离职意愿进行调查。对有效数据进行验泾性因素分析和信度分析,表明问卷具有较好的信度和效度,我国普通高校体育教师的组织承诺符合Meyer和Allen的三因素组织承诺模型:情感承诺、持续承诺、规范承诺;通过相关分析,表明组织承诺及其各维度与离职意愿呈负相关;通过一元回归和多元层级回归分析,组织承诺能有效地预测离职意愿,情感承诺和规范承诺能有效地预测离职意愿,持续承诺未能有效地预测离职意愿。
This study investigated 280 PE teachers in some universities from the provinces of Hubei, Hunan, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, the purpose was to explore the organizational commitment and turnover intention. Confirmatory factor analyses and reliability analyses indicated that the questionnaire had desirable reliability and validity, and the organizational commitment of PE teachers in universities and colleges in China was accorded with Meyer & Allen's 3-Compenent Organizational Commitment Model: affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Correlation analyses indicated that organizational commitment and its dimensions had negative correlation with turnover intention; regression analyses indicated that organizational commitment can forecast efficiently turnover intention; that affective commitment and normative commitment can forecast efficiently turnover intention; continuance commitment can not forecast efficiently turnover intention.
