针对目前立井揭穿突出煤层安全岩柱厚度仅靠经验确定的情况,从岩石力学角度出发,采用数值模拟计算的方法,对潘三矿深部进风井揭穿11_2突出煤层时预留厚度分别为5m,3m,2m,1.5m的岩柱进行研究,研究结果直观形象地展现了立井掘进过程中不同预留岩柱承受的应力分布状态和塑性破坏程度,从而确定了合理的最小预留岩柱厚度,为现场试验提供了理论指导。
At present, safety rock-pillar thickness was decided by experience in driving shaft through coal-seam with bursting liabil- ity. Applying numerical simulation method, different rock-pillars with 5m, 3m, 2m and 1.5m thickness were researched for driving Panshan shaft through 11-2 coal-seam with liability. Results intuitively showed stress distribution state and plastic degree of different rock-pillars in driving shaft and rational minimum rock-pillar thickness was obtained, which provided theoretical guide for practice.
