借助差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD),研究了不同拉伸工艺对非晶态聚醚醚酮(PEEK)结晶取向行为的影响。结果表明:在较高的温度、较低的拉伸速率及拉伸比下,拉伸后样品为非晶体;样品拉伸后的冷结晶温度向较低温度移动。
The crystallization and orientation behaviors of amorphous poly(ether-e- ther-ketone)(PEEK) were studied by DSC and WAXD at different drawing conditions. The results show that the samples are amorphous at higher temperature and lower drawing ratio The cold crystallization temperature of the samples drawn shiftes to low- er temperature.
