以对二溴苯和2,6-二甲基苯酚为原料合成高纯度1,4-二(2,6-二甲基苯氧基)苯,以1,2-二氯乙烷(DCE)为溶剂,无水三氯化铝/N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为复合催化溶剂体系,与对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)或间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)进行低温溶液缩聚,得到一类含甲基取代聚芳醚醚酮酮(M2PEEKK)聚合物.用FT-IR,^1H NMR,DSC,TGA,WAXD等分析技术对聚合物进行表征.
Poly(aryl ether ether ketone ketone)(PEEKK) is a kind important high-performance polymer dues to its excellent thermal stability and other outstanding properties which is similar to PEEK and PEKK. In this paper, 1,4- bis (2,6- methylpheoxyl) benzene (M2DPB) was prepared by 1,4-dibromobenzene and bis ( 2, 6-methylphenol), Poly ( aryl ether ether ketone ketone) containing bis( o-methyl) moiety were prepared by electrophilic polycondensation of M2DPB and terephthaloyl chloride(TPC) or isophthaloyl chloride(IPC) in 1,2-dichloroethane and in the presence of AlCl3 and DMF. The polymers were characterized IR, WAXD, DSC, TGA. The results show that the polymer Ⅰ a was crystalline, while polymer Ⅰ b wasn' t crystalline; Compared with that of PEEKK, glass transition temperature increases greatly.
