针对网络工程人才培养质量较低、难以满足企业要求的问题,研究了CDIO工程教育模式,建立了网络构建课程群CDIO能力大纲,设计了基于CDIO的网络构建课程群方案及＂三型＂项目式课程内容,提出了课程群课程CDIO课堂教学过程组织与考核方法。教学实践表明,该方案提高了网络构建工程人才培养质量,取得了较好的教学效果。

Facing with the problem of lower training quality of network engineering talents and hard to meet enterprises＇ requirements, the CDIO（Conceive, Design, Implement, Operate）engineering teaching mode is studied,and the ability syllabus of network construction curriculum group is created.On this basis, this paper designs the project-based course, proposes CDIO methods of organization and examination. The training scheme for specialized personnel is formed. Teaching practice shows that the program can improve the quality of the network construction engineering talents cultivation and achieve good reform effect.
