Artificial zinc-finger nuclease,including zinc-finger protein and the DNA cut domain without sequence specialty,can make the cell chromatin double strand break in ordering sequence to promote the cell recombinant repair system which can improve the efficiency of foreign gene inserted into chromatin up to 10 000～20 000 folds through the induced recombinase.Zinc-finger technology combining muhiple locus gene targeting technology can be used for human cell in vitro gene therapy without drug screening.
