采用回流提取法,以95%乙醇溶液为提取剂,从紫萁孢子粉中提得到8个脂肪酸成分;通过GC-MS技术及面积归一化法测定了所得各脂肪酸成分的含量。结果显示,紫萁孢子粉中各脂肪酸含量分别为棕榈酸50.20%,亚油酸16.96%,油酸13.48%,硬脂酸7.69%,亚麻酸5.56%,花生酸3.42%,山嵛酸2.08%,豆蔻酸0.60%。
With 95%ethanol solution as the extraction agent , eight fatty acid composition were extracted form osmunda japonica spore powder by reflux extraction method. The content of each fatty acid composition was determined by GC-MS with area normalization method. The results showed , the fatty acid contents in osmunda japonica spore powder were hexadecanoic acid 50.20%, elinoleic acid 6.96%, oleic acid 13.48%, stearic acid 7.69%, linolenic acid 5.56%, arachidic acid 3.42%, docosanoic acid 2.08%, myristic acid 0.60%.
