The influence of different chemical and pruning treatments on the yield of Vitis amurensis Rupr Shuangyou were investgated. The results showed that the different chemical treatments had some effects on＂nbsp;yield, but the treatment of 0.5% borax solution was the most significant and increased by 25.5% compared with the control. In different pruning process, various treatments had a significant impact on yield, when there were five or six leaves before flower, leaving only the top secondary shoot and erasing all the rest, pinching was made when there were 6 leaves in secondary shoot and all the secondary shoots were erased, the increase production of this treatment was over 90% compared with the control; Pinching again when there were 6 leaves before initial flowering, all the secondary shoots were erased and leaving only the top one, and pinching when there were 6 leaves in secondary shoots, all the secondary shoots were erased, the increase production of this treatment was over 95.48% compared with the control （P〈0.05）, which is the best treatment.
