在伺服阀液动叠合量配磨系统当中,阀口压差的控制技术对最终的实验结果有着至关重要的影响。在实际伺服阀配磨实验台的测试实验过程当中,考虑并分析计算压力传感器到实际阀口位置之间存在的压力损失,而对配磨台的阀口压差控制技术进行改进。将压力损失补偿作为前馈对PID反馈控制进行改进,构成复合PID阀口压差控制方法。通过实验测试与简单PID进行比较,结果显示提高了阀口压差的控制精度,并最终提高了系统的整体测量精度。
The control technology of the valve port pressure has a crucial impact on the final test result of the hy- draulic servo valve overlap amount match grinding system. During the actual experiment of the servo valve measur-ing platform, the pressure loss between the pressure sensor and the actual position of the valve port is analyzed and calculated to improve the pressure control valve port technology on the servo valve measuring platform. A new com-posite PID feedback system is constituted by adding the pressure loss compensation. The results show that the meas-urement accuracy of the servo valve measuring platform is improved.
