设计一种混合动力汽车用新型磁通切换双转子电机,提出一般设计优化方法并分析其电磁性能及动态特性。首先,介绍了此双转子电机的结构及工作原理。然后,针对此类双转子电机的设计与优化提出了一般的设计方法及优化原则。最后基于有限元分析软件分析此新型双转子电机静态及动态特性,包括电机电感特性,空载特性,转矩特性及电机效率。研究结果表明该双转子电机内外耦合程度很小,具有较高的功率密度、效率和可靠性,控制灵活,并能解决中间转子散热困难这一技术难题。该研究为此类双转子电机优化设计及其控制策略的研究提供了理论基础。
A novel flux switching dual rotor motor for hybrid electrics vehicles was presented, a general design and opti- mization method was proposed, and this motor's electromagnetic performance and dynamic characteristics were analyzed. The structure and operating principle of this dual rotor motor were introduced. A general design method and optimization princi- ple were put forward for this style dual rotor motor. The characteristics were investigated based on finite element analysis, in- cluding inductance characteristics, no load characteristic, torque characteristics and efficiency. The result shows that this mo- tor's coupling degree between inside and outside windings is very low, and it has high power density, efficiency and reliabili- ty. Its control strategy are also flexible and this motor can solve the problems that the mid-rotor heat dissipate difficultly. This study provides a theoretical basis for optimization and control strategy research of this kind dual rotor motor.
