目的:建立食源性肥胖大鼠模型,观察高脂配方对制造食源性肥胖大鼠动物模型的影响。方法:用搭配的高脂饲料喂养大鼠12周,观察摄食量、体重、体长,计算肥胖指数,普通饲料组作为对照组。结果:喂养12周后,高脂组大鼠体重为(633.50±32.71)g,普通组大鼠体重为(525.30±20.47)g,经统计学处理,高脂组与普食组有显著性差异(P〈0.01),另外高脂组的Lee’s指数与普食组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:用搭配的高脂饲料制作食源性肥胖大鼠模型,致肥效果明显。
Objective : To establish diet - induced obese rats model and observe the influence of high - fat - diet on obese rats. Methods : Rats of model group were fed with the collocating high - fat - diet for 12 weeks. And then, weekly weight and body length were compared with those of normal control group. Results : The weight of model group was (633.50 ± 32.71 ) g. That of normal control group was (525.30 ± 20.47 ) g. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Lee's index was sig- nificantly increasing in model group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : High - fat - diet can induce obesity. The collocating HFD had obvi- ous effect of inducing obesity.
