企业默会知识管理一直是学术界和应用领域重点研究且难以突破的问题。从心理契约视角出发,对心理学派、基于本体论、基于激励机制、野中郁次郎等以及国内学者的默会知识研究做了综述,并进行了简要评述,提出了基于心理契约的企业默会知识管理研究的构想。
Enterprise tacit knowledge, which has always been discussed, is a difficult problem in aca- demic and application area. From the view of psychological contract, a review on tacit knowledge from different aspects, such as psychology school, ontology, excitation mechanism, Ikujiro Nonaka and some domestic scholar' s viewpoint, is made in detail. A new idea of enterprise tacit knowledge based on psychological contract is proposed in the end.
