提出一种新型牛头刨床机构,其通过平面二自由度并联菱形机构将两组伺服电机的输入转化并合成为滑枕的单一大功率输出,可实现滑枕的匀速刨削作业,提高加工质量,具有工业价值。对该机构的运动学进行了分析,建立了机构的设计空间,在此基础上绘制了机构的工作行程、速度、承载能力、刚度及加速度性能图谱,建立了机构运动学性能与机构尺寸之间的一一对应关系。这些性能图谱有助于该机构的性能分析与优化设计。
