为研究位于垃圾填埋场斜坡上衬垫结构在垂直应力作用下沿斜坡滑移的剪切特性,研制了大型叠环斜面单剪系统。通过砂-无纺土工布-土工网-HDPE膜-黏土结构的大型斜面单剪试验,得到剪切过程中发生破坏面转移位移对应的垂直应力和水平应力,计算得到位移面的转移法向应力。试验结果表明:当界面的法向应力小于转移法向应力时,破坏面为土工网与土工膜界面;当界面的法向应力大于转移法向应力时,破坏面为土工膜与黏土界面。建议破坏面转移前后的界面强度包线用双直线表示,土工膜与相邻材料的剪切强度特性用双曲线表示,破坏面的转移法向应力等参数由试验确定;大型叠环斜面单剪系统为分析多层复合衬垫剪切特性提供新的试验研究方法。
A large-scale inclined ring simple shear system was developed to investigate the shearing behavior of landfill liner systems placed on the side slopes under vertical stress.A test was conducted on a multi-layer composite liner system,which consisted of a sand layer,nonwoven geotextile,geonet,HDPE geomembrane,and compacted clay.The normal transfer stress was calculated by the vertical and horizontal stresses according to transfer deformation of sliding surfaces.The results show that failure occurred at the interface between the geonet and geomembrane when the normal stress was lower than the normal transfer stress.The failure face would shift to the interface between the geomembrane and compacted clay when the normal stress was higher than the normal transfer stress.It is suggested that envelopes of the interface before and after failure transfer be simulated by bilinear curves,the interface shear behavior between the geomembrane and adjacent materials be expressed as hyperbolic curves,and the parameters,such as normal transfer stress,be determined by the test.The large-scale inclined ring simple shear device provides a new method for investigating the interface behavior of multi-layer composite liner systems.
