为对滑动轴承转子系统启停机过程中系统结构模态特性及非线性特征进行分析,提出了一种基于转子启动过程谐波特征的故障诊断方法。该方法利用时间三维谱图初步提取系统谐波成分,继而采用等时间采样的阶次能量比对系统振动能量在谐波成分之间的迁移特征进行深入研究。采用该诊断方法对柔性转子试验台启动过程振动特征进行分析,发现了系统存在的谐波特征及其在系统振动中谐波能量配比关系,提取出了系统存在的主要故障特征,从而验证了该诊断方法的有效性。
To extract the structural modes and non--linear characteristics of the sliding bearing rotor system during start--up and shutdown processes, a new harmonic properties based method was proposed. Firstly the harmonics can be obtained according to the 3--D spectral map, and then the vibration energy shifting properties among the harmonics was further researched by means of the order energy proportion method based on equal sampling periods. The method is adapted to synthesize the vibration characteristics of a rotor test rig during start--up and shutdown processes, which brings the harmonics and their energy proportion relations among the system to bright. By means of that, the principal fault properties are obtained, which verifies the rightness of the proposed method.
