针对某轧钢厂热轧立辊出现的不同步现象,结合生产实际分析了双缸不同步运动的原因,为解决同步问题,设计了基于模糊自适应的同步控制算法,通过实验进一步验证了算法的可行性。
Aimed at un-synchronic phenomenon occurred in some vertical roll system, the effects of varieties of factors were investigated such as component parameters and un-symmetry load to synchronous motion performance combined with the production. And a synchronous arithmetic based on the fuzzy adaptive controller was proposed. A series experiments were conducted to show that the proposed arithmetic is valid.
