为了提高同步磁阻电机的功率密度并降低转矩脉动,同时降低永磁同步电机的制造成本,设计了一台五相永磁辅助式同步磁阻电机。首先使用集中参数模型对电机的结构和等效电路进行分析,然后在此基础上构建了优化模型的目标参数。根据最优电机结构,使用有限元软件分析电机性能得出其转矩脉动低且凸极率高的结论,并据此制造了一台样机。样机的实验结果与仿真分析一致,所设计的电机可以替代同步磁阻电机及永磁同步电机应用于电动汽车中。
In order to increase the power density of synchronous reluctance motor and reduce manufacturing costs while reducing torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motor, a five-phase permanent magnet synchronous reluctance motor-assisted is designed. The model of the structure and equivalent circuit of the motor is analyzed using lumped parameter, and on this basis, a target parameter optimization model is built. According to the structure of the optimal motor, the motor performance is analyzed using the finite element analysis software. The results show that the motor has low torque and high salient rate, and according to this theory, a prototype is built. Experimental results consistent with the analysis and simulation, the prototype motor can be used in place of the synchronous reluctance motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors in electric vehicles.
