文章针对产品的能源利用率低、能耗高的现状,从产品设计的角度出发,提出了能量设计因子的概念,详细分析了能量设计因子的提取方法;以洗碗机为实例,分析了洗碗机在使用阶段中的能量消耗,提取出洗碗机的能量设计因子,给出了洗碗机节能的优化方案,得到了洗碗机的节能设计方法;结合洗碗机节能设计的实例,验证了该方法的可行性与适用性。

英文摘要：

In view of the low energy efficiency and high energy consumption of existing products,the concept of energy design factor as well as its extraction method is introduced in this paper from the perspective of product designing.A model of the dishwasher is used to analyze the energy consumption during use stage and to extract the energy design factor.Several optimization schemes of energy saving for the dishwasher are proposed,and the optimal design solution is chosen.The feasibility and applicability of the proposed method are verified by the dishwasher case.
